Directions
We are conveniently located on NC Highway 54 between Chapel Hill and Durham. We are at the corner of Hope Valley Rd. (NC 751), next to the Rite Aid. Some navigation systems require our address be entered as 1401 W. NC 54 Hwy, Durham, NC 27707.
From I-40 Westbound
- Take exit 274 (NC 751)
- Turn RIGHT onto NC 751
- Go about 1 mile to the traffic light at NC 54
- Turn LEFT onto NC 54
- There is a median on NC 54, so you will need to pass the clinic.
- Turn LEFT into Hamilton Centre shortly after the median to turn around, and
- Turn RIGHT back onto NC 54
- Falconbridge Animal Hospital is on the next drive on the RIGHT, between Hamilton Centre and Rite Aid.
From I-40 Eastbound
- Take exit 273 (NC 54 East) towards Durham
- Turn LEFT at the top of the exit ramp
- Go about 1 mile
- Falconbridge Animal Hospital is on the Right between Heritage Crossing and Rite Aid.
- Travel straight through the intersection of NC 54 and NC 751
- There is a median on NC 54 after NC 751, so you will need to pass the clinic.
- Turn LEFT into Hamilton Centre shortly after the median
- Turn RIGHT out of Hamilton Centre to turn around, and
- Turn RIGHT into the next drive. This is the parking lot for Falconbridge Animal Hospital.
